Please note that we reserve the right to change shipping carriers to get your order delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. 

All shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. 

We are currently on a 7-10 business day fulfillment time frame (which is separate from USPS/UPS delivery times.) Business days are counted as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. 

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. Once your order is processed, it is out of our control and we cannot reroute packages. If we have to reship your order because the wrong shipping address was entered, you will incur an additional shipping fee. If the original package cannot be found, you may be charged twice for the items that were shipped to cover the costs incurred by us.  

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed.
