How fragrant are your candles?

We make products with 100% soy wax. Therefore, our candles will not give the same fragrant scent throw as if we used paraffin or other waxes containing additives. However, in a medium-sized space, you will achieve a nice scent. 

Why soy wax?

We use 100% soy wax that comes from sustainable American soy farms, making it a natural and renewable product. Our soy wax produces a longer and cleaner burn. It also minimizes black soot and holds fragrance the best. 

When will I be charged? 

You will be charged at the time the order is placed. 

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

While we can ship packages to P.O. boxes located within the United States, we do not offer overseas shipping at this time. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Each candle we make is produced and prepared for shipment with maximum care and attention to detail. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt if you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In the case of a candle damaged during shipment, please reach out to USPS to make a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide us with claim information when emailing us to remedy the situation. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days and usually take 1-3 days to arrive via USPS depending on your shipping location.
